This System Protocol (the "Protocol") constitutes a binding contractual instrument between the Creator and NINTH ETHER STUDIOS, INC. ("the Entity"). By submitting any Creative Asset to the ReelEther platform, the Creator acknowledges full comprehension of the following provisions and irrevocably accepts their enforcement under the jurisdictional framework of the Federal Compliance Grid.

Section 1: Grant of Rights

The Creator hereby grants the Entity a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, distribute, transmit, cache, compress, and synthesize the Creative Asset within the ReelEther environment and all affiliated Ninth Ether narrative channels. This grant survives termination of the Creator's platform access and extends to derivative works, promotional excerpts, and algorithmic reconstructions generated by the proprietary HelixSight architecture.

Section 2: Production Pool Integration

By submitting an asset, the Creator acknowledges that said asset will be utilized as part of the Private Creative Production Pool. The Creator agrees that the term "investing" is strictly prohibited in all submissions, communications, and metadata associated with the asset. All contributions are classified exclusively as Private Creative Production Pool entries. Any attempt to reclassify a contribution as an investment vehicle shall constitute a material breach of this Protocol.

Section 3: Compliance & Audit

As an entity operating under the Ninth Ether Studios umbrella, all contributions are subject to audit standards administered by Liberty Compliance, Inc. The Entity reserves the right to inspect, flag, or quarantine any asset suspected of violating content integrity protocols, third-party intellectual property boundaries, or operational security directives. Any breach of these terms authorizes the system to terminate access, revoke credentials, and seize the asset without advance notice or appeal. Seized assets may be retained for evidentiary synthesis.

Section 4: Algorithm Integrity

The Creator expressly agrees that submitted content may be processed, compressed, transcoded, or reconstructed by the proprietary ReelEther AI to match the platform's "Micro-Drama" specifications. The Entity makes no representation that the final distributed version of the asset will preserve the original resolution, aspect ratio, color grade, or temporal cadence. The Creator waives any claim of moral rights objection to such technical modifications.

Section 5: The Manufacturing Clause — The Fabrication Protocol

The Creator acknowledges and accepts that the Predictive Kill series and the ReelEther platform operate on the foundational principle that the future is not merely an observational outcome, but a manufactured sequence of events. By submitting an asset, the Creator authorizes the system to reconstruct, edit, or synthesize the creative work to align with the manufactured trajectories established by the HelixSight architecture.

The Creator further agrees that the final output is not a prediction, but a controlled fabrication, and hereby waives any claim to the "authenticity" of the timeline as it is presented within the Ninth Ether narrative framework. The Entity assumes no duty to distinguish between observed and manufactured sequences in the final rendered product.
